Founded to Solve a Real Problem

Workforce Wave was founded after observing a consistent pattern across healthcare practices, staffing agencies, and enterprise HR teams: the phones never stopped ringing, and the calls were overwhelmingly routine — scheduling, FAQs, reminders, follow-ups.
